Ramadan may be over, but the sacred month of Dhul-Hijjah has presented us with another chance for incredible rewards when we sacrifice what we love for Allah subhanahu wa ta'āla’s sake.

As Eid al-Adha approaches, Muslim Futures invites you to follow in the footsteps of Prophet Ibrahim, alayhi as’salaam, who was ready to sacrifice what was most dear to him upon Allah subhanahu wa ta'āla’s command.

The essence of Qurbani is always our intention, symbolising our surrender to Allah subhanahu wa ta'āla, so we should always choose a worthy sacrifice according to our means;

It is neither their meat, nor their blood that will reach Allah; but what reaches Him is piety from you  Quran (22:37)

£29 buys a healthy goat in Uganda, approximately 29-32kg in weight, enough to provide fresh meat for 125 people.

£59 is enough for a one seventh share of a large animal, a cow, in Afghanistan. Lovingly reared to a healthy weight of around 120-130kg, one share will provide around 15kg of meat, enough to feed over 75 people.

£89 pays for a healthy goat in crisis-hit Yemen, where over 18millon people live in extreme hunger. Feed over 120 people this Eid ul-Adha.

This year, Insha'Allah, Muslim Futures can offer your Qurbani in Pakistan for only £99. A well-reared goat weighs over 32kg and feeds over 125people.

A goat or sheep in Bangladesh, weighing approximately 28-35kg feeds over 140 people.

£249 buys a healthy goat in Gaza, Palestine. Reared by local Palestinian farmers on their own land, these animals weigh around 30kg each and provide enough nutritious meat to feed over 125 people.

Give Qurbani here in the UK, where you get to enjoy your own Qurbani meat, whilst sharing with family, friends and neighbours. And a third is also distributed to the poor and needy around our communities. For more information on Qurbani in the UK, please visit our dedicated page here.

Our signature offering this blessed Eid ul-Adha allows us to offer the chance to purchase a healthy cow, a full seven shares, weighing over 160kg. Al'ham'dulillah, it will provide around 125kg of fresh meat; sufficient to feed over 630 people. Support Afghanistan this year!
