It's our pledge to you in everything we do.

Our generous supporters make it possible to carry out the life-saving work that we do at Muslim Futures. Without your support, we simply would not be able to do a single thing for the poor, needy and vulnerable around the world. We value the trust you put in us, and we are dedicated to delivering the most appropriate solution for the most needy communities, on your behalf.

We are committed to quality and high standards.
  • We will always remain committed to the highest standards in everything we do.
  • We will always comply with the law, wherever we are and whatever we do.
  • We will adhere to the Fundraising Regulator Code of Fundraising Practice.
  • We will do everything we can to ensure partners, volunteers and other third parties that we work with comply with the Code, the law, and this promise.

We are transparent, honest, and open.

  • We will always be truthful.
  • We will always be able to explain who we are and what we do, our history, ethos, and values, any of our activities, fundraising or feedback.
  • We will always be open, detailed and thorough in our explanations of how your gift or donation is used, who we are helping, how we intend to carry out the work and what the outcomes or expectations may be.
  • We will always give a clear explanation of how you can donate either in money, donations-in-kind, your time or in any other way that you can help.
  • We will ensure our complaints process is clear and easily available to all.

We are accountable and responsible.

  • We will manage our resources responsibly and consider the impacts of our work and activities on our donors, supporters, the wider public and those who whom we help.
  • We will always keep your details safe, and we never sell, swap or share your data in any way.
  • If you are unhappy with anything we’ve done in our work or activities, fundraising, feedback or field deployments, you can contact us to make a complaint.
  • We will always listen to feedback and respond appropriately to compliments, criticism and suggestions we receive.
  • We will only ever engage in activities, partnerships and relationships that do not undermine our values, mission, priorities or charitable objects.

We are fair and considerate.

  • We will always respect the rights, dignity and privacy of our donors, supporters and beneficiaries.
  • Where the law requires, we will gain your consent before contacting you to fundraise, and we will never cold call members of the general public.
  • We will do our utmost to address any concerns in relation to supporters in vulnerable circumstances.
  • We will take care not to use any images or words, or carry out any actions in any way, that may cause distress or anxiety.
