Our suppliers, Yaffa, have been specialising since 2010 in the marketing and export of Palestinian products, primarily Medjoul dates from Jericho, olive oil, zataar, freekeh, black seed oil and other authentic Palestinian-produced products. They ensure that each product is ethically sourced, with transparency and rigour; each batch of product can be re-traced back to the farm where it originated. Yaffa works exclusively and only with Palestinian-owned farms and ensures that the farmers and packing facilities all provide fair pay to their workers.
