Yaffa have been specialising since 2010 in the marketing and export of Palestinian products, primarily Medjoul dates from Jericho, olive oil, za'atar, freekeh, black seed oil and other authentic Palestinian-produced products. They ensure that each product is ethically sourced, with transparency and rigour; each batch of product can be re-traced back to the farm where it originated. Yaffa works exclusively and only with Palestinian-owned farms and ensures that the farmers and packing facilities all provide fair pay to their workers.
